The mind is complex and intricate, it can be your freedom and your cage, your comfort and your unease, you can want to give up and yet you’ll still find something little to marvel at a little while longer. Days we cast our eyes from the sun are when we need it the most, when we sink to the bottom we have to remember we need air, we are human. I have to remind myself of this myself. Give grace, learn and be thorough in loving you and your trial and errors, your mistakes, they do not make you less. What you choose to do with the conclusions, your mindset, your actions, is your freedom.
